All Robbens underfloor heating systems are fully supported by email and telephone support for 3 years.

We can help with:

  • Installation questions
  • Fault finding
  • Commissioning questions
  • General enquiries

Systems over 3 years old

We do not offer telephone support for systems over 3 years old, unless you are a heating engineer visiting a customer to diagnose a fault and identify replacement part numbers. 

There are documents, manuals and instructions available in the Technical support area of the website - ideal for end users. Also, please visit the Service Parts section to find links to common items.
