• Controllable heating – each room can have its own thermostat control, giving you complete flexibility over the heating in your home. You can even set a timer so that the room is warm when you use it most and cooler when you don’t. 

• Space – many rooms are hampered by radiators – furniture can’t go too near them and curtains can’t cover them, or the heat is lost. A room with an underfloor heating syste doesn’t need radiators, so you can make full use of the wall-space, giving you far more freedom with decoration and furniture. 

• Maintenance – radiators need to be painted, flushed and annually maintained. An electric underfloor heating system, designed and installed by professionals, is reliable and requires no regular maintenance. It can be fixed if it goes wrong, but for the most part, you can leave it to get on with the job of heating your home.
