	The installation descriptions above are summaries only and should not be taken as full installation specifications. With all Underfloor Heating Systems, the pipe loops must be filled and under pressure during any floor laying process.

Underfloor Heating Pipe

The performance and qualtiy of the pipe is obviously paramount in any underfloor heating system. Made by our parent company Frankische, our pipes are multi-layer composites of cross-linked polyethylene (PE-x/alu/PE-x). The aluminium mid layer is continuously welded during extrusion and forms an oxygen barrier within the pipe.

The Aluminium layer also gives the pipe dimensional stability and makes the pipe form stable; it reduces its tendency to spring back on bending.

No special tools are required to bend the pipe, all bends needed for underfloor applications can be made by hand.

Coils of pipe are supplied labelled for the room they are to used in, optimising coil lengths and reducing waste on site
