Conduit is supplied to run from the manifold to the point of entry in each room for the ‘flow’ pipes only.  It will help to reduce heat loss within the pipe as it arrives to the room for heating.  The return flow pipe is not required to be run in conduit.

The Uncoiler is supplied as a flat pack item, requiring simple on-site assembly.  When used correctly, it makes the uncoiling of the pipe much easier and prevents the pipe from ‘twisting’ when being laid out for installation thus saving the installer valuable time.

Tools are supplied to assist with the installation of our systems.  Included in the kit will be:  Spanner, Pipe Cutter, Pipe Reamer & uncoiler. 

Routed Polystyrene sheets are used in floating floor construction, to house the pipes and help insulate the floor.  Metal Pipe Clips are used in the grooves to aid heat transfer to the aluminum conducting sheets above.  (See also Metal Pipe Clips & Conducting Sheet.)

The aluminum Conducting Sheets are used in suspended, batten or floating floor systems to transfer the heat evenly to the floors.  

The metal Pipe Clips are used in suspended, batten or floating floor constructions to hold the pipes in place, usually alongside the joists or battens.  The Pipe Clips are also placed into the grooves in the floating floor insulation. 

Clip rail is used on solid floor construction, to hold the pipes in place when the screed is being laid.  The clip rail is held in place on the insulation with the red plastic holding pins.
