The current manifolds are the next generation manifold, providing an easy to install setup and use system for the majority of underfloor heating needs. They arrive to the customer assembled from various high quality components, pre balanced and labelled to provide a bespoke manifold for your project.

Some projects require underfloor heating on multiple floors. This means, some of the outlets on the manifolds may need to point up or down. Robbens can provide this feature on all of our manifolds. Its implementation would automatically take place during the design stage, with a single manifold assembly having outlets pointing up or down depending on the requirements.

When the underfloor heating equipment arrives on site, the manifold will be securely packaged and ready for installation straight out of the box. As we will have produced project specifiec drawings for you, we know exactly what flow rate settings and manifold labelling is required. This allows us to use our time honed assembly skills to pre assemble the manifolds using this information, and provide you with a fully bespoke and assembled manifold. This saves time at installation and commissioning, leaving you more time for other jobs.
