Single Room Underfloor Heating Pack
The Single Room underfloor heating pack is specifically designed for extensions and conservatories. There are 3 kits available for 3 size ranges which include sufficient materials and provide a cost effective underfloor heating solution.

The kits will be applicable up to 42 sq. meters with the following components:
- 16mm multilayer composite pipe
- Correctly sized manifold
- Programmable room thermostat
- Junction box
- Holding Pins
- Calibration Key
- Pipe Cutter
- 16mm clip rail
- Pipe uncoiler*

Dependant on the room size the components are pre-packed in different quantities.
The manifolds are supplied fully assembled and board mounted, ready for fitting.
All installation instructions and standard layout drawings are provided with the kit.
The underfloor heating system made by Robbens include high-quality and cross-linked multilayer composite pipes with a TIG welded and flexible aluminium core for a safe and easy handling and installation. All pipe bends needed for underfloor heating applications can be easily made by hand. The multilayer composite pipes have a 10-year warranty. Especially for Kit 3 from 28 to 42 sq. meters Robbens Systems provides a pipe uncoiler for the simple and time saving on-site assembly.
How does it work?
Each of the three possible kits is for use with solid floors and will give comfortable conditions when operated on minimum room temperatures, set-back basic, in accordance with the detailed installation instructions provided.
All the floor pipe loops are routed to the manifold, which in turn, is connected to the boiler. Water from the boiler is allowed into the floor loops in amounts sufficient to achieve the correct flow temperature and to warm the floor. Daytime and night temperatures are set using the programmable room thermostat, which is fitted at a convenient location in the room.
Easy Installation
The installation of the underfloor heating kit is simple and straightforward. Once the manifold board is fitted to the wall, the pipe loops are clipped into the clip rail, which is stapled to the floor insulation.
