	The installation descriptions above are summaries only and should not be taken as full installation specifications. With all Underfloor Heating Systems, the pipe loops must be filled and under pressure during any floor laying process.

UFH Control System

Room Control: Individual room control comes as standard, with thermostats for each room wired to thermal actuators (opening/closing valves) on each floor loop at the manifold. Each room can bring the system on, as demand occurs.

The room controls are simple to use, they are highly accurate and display the ambient room temperature. Adjustments are made at the press of a button.

Set Back: For one room, a further room thermostat is supplied, the Set-Back – stat, which controls the overnight minimum temperature for the whole floor. Day time (full demand)/set back timings are set on a digital programmer, usually mounted with the manifold.

System Controller: Wiring for the room thermostats and the loop actuators (which control flow in each pipe loop) is back to the Robbens System Controller. As well as it's function as a wiring centre, this unit programmes flow temperatures and incorporates boiler anti-cycling controls.
