10 Year Insurance Backed Pipe Guarantee
All of our pipe work supplied is included with a ten year insurance backed guarantee. The insurance covers the pipe for manufacturer’s defects, with the insurance covering you for all consequential costs incurred due to the failure rather just a standard product replacement. A full certificate is issued within the bespoke manual supplied with every system.
Three Year Component Guarantee
All of the parts that are supplied by Robbens have a three year guarantee. This guarantee gives you a part for part replacement of any product that was supplied by Robbens as part of your underfloor heating system. The only exception to this guarantee is the pipe work which has its own separate insurance underwritten guarantee. The guarantee starts from the delivery of your system giving you peace of mind from the moment it arrives.
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Robbens has full PI insurance to allow you to have the perfect peace of mind with all of our heating systems. This provides you with full design insurance to give you even more confidence in our systems.
